I know this may sound a little odd, but I have a lot of extra breastmilk! I've got about 400 oz stored in my freezer, and it's still coming. Since breastmilk is so good for babies, I am having a hard time thinking about throwing it out! I am willing to sell it for cheaper than formula or give it away for a needy family. I was giving it to my 3 month old niece, but when I left town for a month, she got too used to formula and wouldn't take my milk anymore. I've got a chunky, healthy 4 month old baby girl. I have never drank or smoked, and I have a very healthy, balanced diet. My daughter only has my breastmilk, so I stay as healthy as possible for her. I have never missed a day taking my prenatals. She sleeps 8-12 hours a night, so I am able to pump a full bag every morning. She has been in the 97th percentile for weight at all of her checkups.

Twisters Gymnastics

Coach Jessica took gymnastics for 12 years growing up and developed a great love for the sport and the importance of gymnastics. As an adult she coached gymnastics for 3 years in Idaho and then moved to Arizona and coached for 2 more years before having her second child. She has experience teaching and spotting, floor, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and rings, as well as training and readying a team for USAG meets and other various competitions. Gymnastics builds self-confidence, physical and emotional discipline, flexibility, agility, endurance, strength and coordination among many other benefits. Gymnastics can often be a spring board for building greater athleticism in many other sports due to the benefits it provides.

This fall Jessica will be coaching classes for tiny tumblers ages 3-5 years old. The price for registration is $35 (nonrefundable) which includes the t-shirt for the end of session recital. Monthly tuition for the 3 month session is $30/month. Classes are one half hour each for two days a week beginning on September 6th (due to the Labor Day holiday). They will take place every Monday and Wednesday at 4pm (class A) and 4:30 (class B). In the event of a holiday falling on a class day class will be held the following day. Classes are held right in the neighborhood out of Jessica’s home.

Next week would be 10:00 – 2:30 on Tuesday and Thursday and then after that it would be 4:30 – 6:00 on Friday evening and then that would be the schedule from then on. 4:30–6 a few nights a week. We are offering a date night drawing as well for people who get tickets right now that ends on Tuesday.

Just wanted to send out a little last minute reminder about the Foundraiser for Lanees Legacy, its an amazing organization that I work with and if you haven't heard of them then please check out what they are about and what we do.
We have one week left until our Pancake Breakfast Foundraiser! It is going to be a great morning out and hopefully the weather will be just as perfect! We will have lots for the kids to do and will have a silent auction and raffle going as well! If you haven't got your tickets yet and are planning on going please do so now! If you get them off of our blog then they will be waiting at will call for you or you can get them from me if you live out here in Queen Creek. All money raised will go towards the "memory boxes" that are given to parents at the hospital when they lose a baby. We are having more and more hospitals ask for them and we are not able to meet all the requests since it sadly all comes down to not having enough money to make that many boxes. This is a great way for us to be able to do that along with being able to get everyone out together to enjoy a nice morning together. I may even be getting up to say a few words and tell about my experience about receiving this great foundations boxes. If you are unable to make it to the Breakfast please do spread the word if you are able to about this wonderful event. It is $10 for adults and then just $5 for children with a cut off at 3 children so any children after 3 are free!
